Produced from vines facing west at an height of 100m a.s.l. in the gentle hills of Castiglione, in the province of Forlì-Cesena.
Soil: Sandy with permanent grassing
Growing form: G.D.C.
Yield per hectar: 10 tonnes of grapes
Vinification: 24 hours maceration, must clarification followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks ad controlled temperature
Ageing: Stainless steel tanks for three months. Bottled and refined in the bottle
