Produced from vines facing west, on the gentle hills of Castiglione, in the province of Forlì-Cesena, at a height of 100m a.s.l.
Soil: Sandy with permanent grassing
Growing form: Guyot
Yeald per hectar: 9 tonnes of grapes
Vinification: Stainless steel with controlled temperature, macerated for 5 days
Ageing: Stainless steel tanks for three months. Bottled and refined in the bottle
